These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Celebrate With Us at celebratewithus.today (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Celebrate With Us provides tools to design digital wedding (and related event) invitations, share them via a public link, and collect guest RSVPs. Features may change over time. Some capabilities (such as publishing an active invitation) may require payment and our approval.
You retain ownership of content you upload or enter (text, images, files, and other materials). You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content and that it does not:
Public invitation URLs may be accessible to anyone who has the link. You choose what you publish and whether to protect an invitation with an access code.
If guests submit RSVPs through your invitation, you are responsible for using that information lawfully and only for managing your event. Do not use guest contact details for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis and consent where required.
Paid features, pricing, and payment instructions are described on the Service (including the payment page). Activation of an invitation may depend on receipt of payment and our confirmation. Fees are generally non-refundable once an invitation has been approved or activated, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.

The Service, including its design, themes, branding, and software, is owned by Celebrate With Us or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our themes or platform except as allowed through normal use of the Service.
The Service relies on third parties (hosting, database, authentication, email, and similar providers). Their terms and privacy policies also apply where relevant. We are not responsible for third-party sites you link to from an invitation (for example maps or music platforms).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that invitations will always be reachable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebrate With Us and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
