Celebrate With Us ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website celebratewithus.today (the "Service"), which helps couples create and share digital wedding invitations and collect RSVPs.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication details when you register (including via Google sign-in).
• Invitation content — names, bios, dates, locations, images, music links, schedules, stories, and other details you add to an invitation.
• Guest / RSVP information — guest names, emails, attendance choices, extra guests, and optional notes submitted through an invitation.
• Payment-related communications — proof of payment or messages you send us to activate an invitation (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).
• Usage and technical data — approximate device and browser information, and analytics events (for example via Vercel Analytics) to understand how the Service is used.

3. How we use your information

• Provide, host, and maintain the Service
• Create and display invitations and process RSVPs
• Send transactional emails (such as RSVP confirmations)
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Respond to support requests and process payments for activation
• Improve the Service and monitor reliability

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to run the Service, including with:

• Infrastructure & database providers (for example Supabase) to store accounts, invitations, RSVPs, and uploaded files
• Email providers (for example Resend) to send RSVP confirmation emails
• Authentication providers (for example Google) when you choose to sign in with them
• Hosting / analytics (for example Vercel) to deliver the site and measure performance

Invitation pages you publish may be viewable by anyone with the link. Guest RSVP details are visible to the invitation owner (and any partner they invite to manage the invitation).

5. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may prevent login or other features from working.

6. Data retention

We retain account and invitation data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account or invitation data by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices (including encrypted connections and access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. Account holders can also update much of their invitation content directly in the dashboard.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
